Like someone said before you can set it up so you know when you are almost to the bottom of the stone so you can ease up on the pressure so there is not so much break out when you get to the bottom. i really dont care after burning out a dremel under warranty while it was running horizontal. And when I do buy one, itll need to be one that can go as slow. by the way horizontal is no longer an issue as. For reference, Ive got the corded Dremel 4000 rotary tool. looking for something to handle the small bits precisely some of my bits now are are 1 1/4 mm so things are getting more difficult. which i could make round but figured it would be ok and it was all over the place and there is no way in hell im gunna chance wobbly movement after working 7 hours on a piece.
i was testing out some bits to see what the right size bit would be for a certain drill style bail (square) but very small. guess im gunna have ta really make room now.
